Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the
approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original
payment method within 5-7 business days.

If your item arrives damaged or doesn't work as described, contact
us with a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover
the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or full refund —
your choice.
